I'm an opera director from Helsinki, Finland. Since August 2025, I have been working as a Lecturer in Stage Performance at the Sibelius Academy, University of the Arts.During my career I have directed 50 works of musical theater and opera in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in different parts of Finland. I have created an Opera Laboratory where I teach singers to focus on authentic interaction on stage through presence, contact and reaction. I am the artistic director of KLAPS Klassista lapsille ry (i.e. KLAPS Classical for children), an association producing new operas for children.
